What happened to Ford Motor Company?

I feel quite stupid asking this question, but what happened to the company? Did it every go bankrupt like GM? Did it ask for bail out money from the government? Please don't put rude responses!

It decided that it would not need bailout loans to remain solvent. Its stock is pretty low, but it is scraping by. Apparently it was in better shape than GM and Chrysler.
 
I watched the priceof share. Indeed, The price of Ford share is worst
in the three company.Chrysler is week from the merger with Daimlar.
GM have wrong stratage that make thebig car and make profit much.
Ford past the worst periods of managemanet, they said that surplus two years ago.They sells Rover and...
Ｔhey increase in sales, becase of bankrupt of GM and Chrysler .
But their big shareholders is family.It may be able to say sassured.
