i was watching tv and when i got up i went all dizzy and fell over. my brother says i fainted. baring in mind i had no brekky and i feel normal now, like nothing has happened, what the hell happened. and dont say see a doctor, cus i feel fine and have not samshed my head or nothing, so plz answer.
i have been told cause im 12 and 5'3, i will get dizzy if i get up too fast, but i got up slowly, i think..:/
