what happen if you get hit in the stomach with a bike handlebar?

I was riding a bike, the chain broke, i fell and hit the handlebar.
it hit me in the mid section on the rib cage.

well since u seem fine ur probaly ok but it could have broken a rib or caused you to throwup as soon as you hit ur stomach but u seem fine
