What hairstyle would look the best? (male, includes photos)?

I cut this a bit shorter, not too short though. Also it doesn't have highlights/tips which i am planning to get. Cap or foil? I am not sure of the difference since i have never tried foil.

Anyway, what hairstyle do you think would be best?

i think dose layered cuts,as dose of matthews.matthews,u simply hav a dream hair style.can u tell us how did u made dat style,i mean da cuts,da gels etc.i jus luve layered cuts.
