what hair color do you find most attractive on women?

i understand the term beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
so i guess i'm just asking what you find beautiful, hair wise.
just a random question, but always an interesting topic. =)
i'm a brunette myself and i personally find dark hair most attractive on men, and i love girls with blond hair. it's very feminine and cute. I've also seen brunets, red heads and people with multi colored that can be just as equally attractive in every way. so my personal conclusion is that its all in the way you work. also known a confidence.
This is also not just a question for guys i want to hear from the ladies just as much to see how it all compares. and the difference in what guys find attractive and what girls think are attractive.
