I hate gyms and the people that go to them, I would like to build my muscles at home.
I want to build my; Trapezius, Deltoid, Pectorals, Abdominals, and all of my leg and arm muscles, so basically my whole body, but I don't want a massive muscular body, I want more of a toned surfer body.
Is it going to cost a lot of money, and how many items will I need, how many muscles will one of those all in one machines do, and how much weight will I need on it?
I am 5ft10" and in the process of losing 12kg so that I am in a healthy BMI, then I am going to start weight training, I have broad shoulders and a wide frame if that helps=)
