Hello, so I'm going to try to record myself playing all of the TSO songs for the holidays and burn them to discs for family, but I'm not very familiar with pedals/amps.
I'm using GTR Waves, which allows me to emulate pretty much any pedal/amp so don't worry about what I have/don't have (hehe). I haven't really done any recording and I'm practically tone-def so if you could point me in a general direction of pedals to use that would be great.

P.S.: would anyone know of a free piece of software that will work in conjunction with GTR? Audacity won't work and Kristal is a piece of crap in my opinion.
