Kwik Fit put on a new front left Tyre for me. 6 days later from them fitting this Tyre (today) it blew out on me while I was driving, resulting in me crashing the car and writing the car off. There was nothing on the road that caused the blow out, and me and my Friend suffered injury's from the accident and had to go to hospital in an Ambulance.
The police were involved at the scene of the accident, and there was no witnesses, only me and Friend in the car.
I am covered by third party insurance, and so I cant claim for the car at all.
I feel Kwik Fit are responsible for this accident, but what grounds do I stand on in order to claim for my injury's and car, as I feel they are responsible for this accident.
