What good City Building game can I buy for around £5?

Today I'm gonna get my paper round money spend abit on sweets, and get about £7 for a game. Which City Building game game would you suggest? Oh and I don't want anything to do with a game as boring as Sim City Societies!
 
How about Rise of Nations. If you get bored attack a neighbouring civilization.
