What garden vegetables can I grow in GA?

I am thinking about making a 5x5 plot in my backyard and growing something. What do you guys recommend for central Georgia's climate?
 
tomatoes, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, radishes, parsley, onions, potatoes, eggplant, etc.
 
okra would be good for your small plot, just get one. it grows up like a tree and will leave room for more plants, plus google "upside tomatoes" they dont require any space a all.
