What game was I playing to use this cheat?

I'm pretty sure it was on Nintendo.... up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, start.....

I was driving down the road and all of a sudden I started singing "up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, start"... I was like WTF?? (lame, I know) Then I realized what it was but I can't remember which game it was.
