I saw this game on G4tech TV a couple years ago. It was about you visiting a friend at a hotel room and you get to talk to him, his wife, and interact in his house. At one part his phone rings and you can answer it to annoy him. You can also hit on his wife and if he catches you he will kick you out of his house. The game might of been Japanese but you would type on you keyboard and talk to people. The graphics were bland with only white and a few more colors and its all I could remember. It might of been a fake trailer or something but Ive spent a lot of time searching for it.
