What Franchise/ Restaurant Food Chain Has the BEST Nachos?

I'm really craving some nachos and fried onion rings and want to know which chains have the best ones (in your opinion). Please do NOT say Taco Bell (just awful tastes like their sour cream is microwaved *blech).
