I am a pretty big guy for an asian. I'm 6' tall, 210 pounds. I can run a mile around 7 minute 30 sec. (not really fast) I just started weight training around May, and I could squat 225 lbs MAX. And bench also around 220 lbs 3 times at least. The circumference of my arms (flexed) is 16 inches (right), and 15 inches (left). I will be playing football in the fall.
