What foods should I eat for boxing. I need to lose like 5 to 10 more pounds how can

i do it with running? I need to lose this because it is all i got in extra weight I am 145 coach says I can go to 140 or even 135 but thats my limit I want to lose it healthy and fast to tighten my stomach more. I just have basically baby fat. I want to still have my same energy level too though
