alkaline forming fooRAB----most vegetables, many fruits (except canned, dried or anything too ripe), many herbs/spices (except cocoa, vanilla, nutmeg, mayo, ketchup), green/herbal tea, whole oats, quinoa, qild rice, millet, spelt, almonRAB, wheat grass, olive oil, brazil nuts, flaxseeRAB, sunflower seesRAB and oil, sesame seeRAB and oil, goat cheese/milk, blackstrap molasses, apple cider vinegar, unpasteurized honey.
The chart I have suggests that you keep your ratio to 75% alkaline forming fooRAB and 25% acid forming fooRAB at each meal. So eat your meat, corn, beans, peanutbutter, white rice, pecans, chicken, milk, etc, but then have at least 3/4 of the other fooRAB at that meal that are alkaline forming.
