What food should I eat?

I'm 16, 5'4" and weight 112 lbs. I think my body is ok, but im inactive (not athletic) so I don't exercise. I'm pretty slim, but I seem to have some extra skin on my stomach area and my thighs are getting chubbier. I am planning to start working out and I know that I want to eat healthy. What are some foods that I can eat (along with drinks) that will help to get me healthier(i should be about 105 lbs) and what are some excersises that I could do to tone by body and slim down a tad?
