What fitness exercises would be good for me?

Hi, I am very big, but not completely out of shape. I weigh 349 ilbs, and already lost 27 ilbs I really want to get in good physical shape and be in good health and make a change. My mile time is like 12:54, and i bench (rep) 135-145. What are some good health ways for me to get stronger, lose weight, become faster, and just be in great physical shape? any tips would be useful and thankyou.
