Spiderwire, or any other braided line, is my suggestion. No one here knows what size of rod / reel combination you have, so there is no way of telling you just what size to get. If you're using a pretty typical medium-light setup (8 - 12lb rod), I would use 20lb braided line.
I've heard it said that your line should be roughly twice the weight of the fish you are targeting. Much lighter and it could easily break; much heavier and it will negatively impact the performance of your lures (and be more easily seen). This advice applies to monofilament line, however. I use 20lb braided line and it seems to perform well with my medium-light rig.
