What fish would be good in an 8 gallon tank?

It is a biOrb tank exactly like this:

only i don't have that many decorations in it. I've had guppies in the past and wanted to try something new. it is a freshwater tank and i'm looking for some cool fish that would last long in it.
any ideas?

An 8g tank is a bit small for most fish as guppies, tetras, danios, platies etc require more swimming space due to their active nature. I recommend a group of three ghost shrimp and one betta fish. They'll thrive in that tank as long as it has a gentle filter and a heater set to 80F.

Goldfish grow too large and are massive waste producers, and other cold water fish like minnows and flag fish require more space.
