What film is this?

Need help finding out what film this is from this very brief description.

It was shown as part of the trailers before Cloverfield (not helpful ), set in Barcelona (maybe?) and had two firemen running up steps and being confronted by a girl with no eyes.

Has anyone seen this trailer and know what the film is?

I saw that trailer when I went to see Cloverfield. Don't fancy it much but I thought the title was a bit rubbish! as I seen this thread earlier, I could have helped Glad you found it though!

Ah yes, the remake is called Quarantine and out around Halloween I believe. Apparently the original [REC] is fantastic. Been waiting to see it for donkeys.
