What file format do I need to use to playback video through an SDHC Card onto a

Panasonic Plasma Viera TV? I have a file I need to play on loop through an SD card onto a Pansonic Viera Plasma TV, but every time I put the file onto the card, the tv doesnt recognize the file format. What format should I use? The SDHC card is a delkin pro model ID- "DDSDPRO3-16GB"
The panasonic model # is: TC-P58S1

I've tried flash and windows media files.
