What fighting style is best for me?

I'm a 19 year old female.

5'9. 150lbs

I have anemia and chronic bronchitis.

I'm looking for a fighting style that will help me work out my aggression and teach me useful self defense.
I used to be a dancer, my legs are my stronger muscles. I have little upper body strength though I have a very bony upper body.
I'm flexible in my back, shoulders, and leg/hip joints.

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated!
