I really like fighting games. I currently have MK9, SSF4, and UMvC3. I'm not really interested in BB or AE. With KOFXIII newly released and SCV just around the corner I'm torn on which to buy. Also I've heard DOA5 is just around the corner. I prefer more simple games without comeback mechanics (like xfactor) and without huge combo string bnbs (like mvc). I have more experience in 2D fighting games, but that doesn't mean I'm not interested in 3D. I don't expect to play offline competitively. I'm looking more towards regular gameplay features and online functionality.
I only have enough cash to get one game in the near future and both KOFXIII and SCV look really cool. Which would you recommend based on my tastes?
