What female dog would match my dog & lifestyle?

I currently have a 2 yr old Dalmation-English bulldog. He's about 95lbs but has short legs and a long torso. He has a great temperament and lots of energy. We take him on long hikes a couple times a week. We feel that the ideal female companion for him would be:
medium size, friendly temperament, & handle a 2-3 hr walk a few times a week.
Any ideas??
