...minors? In legislative debate, we are debating a bill that would essentially make the MPAA rating system a guideline system for parents and guardians, and would severely fine any theater or related company that decided to enforce the ratings. I'm aware that the rating system is not enforced by any legal measures, though considering that theaters currently can choose to enforce the ratings, that makes me think that there are court decisions that allow companies to "discriminate" and refuse service to minors. Do such decisions exist, and what were the reasonings behind them?
