unnatural bright red? I'm planning on colouring my hair to a flaming, unnatural red (for example, the colour of a red pencil crayon) in the near future. I know all the necessary steps in taking hair to that level (about a 9 on the hair colouring scale), and I know how to properly care for hair at that tone. My problem, however, is that since my eyebrows are naturally a basic dark drown, what colour would look most acceptable with hair of that extremely bright red (think Kat Von D's current hair colour)?
