Hi, I am a 13 year old girl. I will be 14 in 2 months. I am 5ft 7 1/2 in tall and I weigh 168 lbs. I know this is way overweight. What are some things I could do to get down to a healthy weight like exercises and stuff. I also hate to run so no running. and I have a dog and a trampoline. Thanks so much
