...what clothes should I wear? I typically store most of my weight in my chest, my arms and my thighs. Unfortunately, I have broad shoulders, so I never know what to wear because I feel so big. I feel sort of lucky to have a slimmer waist, but everything I wear just looks really big on me. I'm 5"5, 135 pounds. I don't really know my measurements other than cup size, but I'm 34 DD, and I would like to be a B cup, eventually. I know a lot of people put all their measurements but I honestly have no clue and I'm not going to bs it here lol.
I just feel so much pressure to lose weight this year because I went to Hong Kong and all these women were so skinny compared to me. I know I'm supposed to weigh 120 -125 pounds, and for the first time I just feel so heavy now that I actually compared myself to others.
I'm a freshman in college that lives on campus and there's not a lot of healthy options where I'm at so I don't really know what to do. I read so many articles online about losing weight, but I just don't know where to start because I feel so uncomfortable at the gym. I'll start with any small suggestions so please help me as best as you can! =D
