I have alot of trouble with my legs and bum. I know it sounds odd, but instead of being round, my bum is slightly square, thats the only way I can explain it. My legs also lack definition, and my knees look almost flabby, and im not overweight im average, I also suffer from cellulite.
I figure I really need to tone up, would a exercise be ideal for my problem areas? If not, what else should I try?
Im going to join a pilates class and a legs bums and tums class, each once a week. But I need something I can do at home incase I cant get to the gym.
I would also like to loose weight on my arms.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, I want answers from real people
