Its almost swimsuit seasoooon & im far from readyy.
What are some things i should & shouldnt do.
Things i SHOULD & SHOULDNT eat.
And what are some exercises that TONE your butt, inner thigh, lower back & stomachh.
ANNNNYYTHING would be helpful.
Things that have helped you or worked for yoou.
