My thighs especially tend to "beef" up when I exercise regularly. While I may be burning away the fat they don't actually get any smaller in size. I want them slimmer not more muscly.
So far the only exercise I've found that doesn't build too much muscle and slims my legs is walking. I don't mind walking but right now I'm pregnant and too much walking causes me horrible back, leg, and foot pain. I'm only good for about an hour of walking right now. The amount of walking needed is also time consuming. I'm looking for an exercise routine that is pregnant friendly and will take 20-45 minutes.
