I'm wondering what exercises target your abs,hips,waist,and thighs.
I can't do sit ups all that much anymore since i did something to my tail bone??lol idk what but after i did 80 sit up in gym(school) i couldn't sit,lay down with out it being really sore and hurt(but i was doing them correctly i just didn't have a mat at home the month before and i think i might have done something to it)
. So i know exercises but im not really sure about the stuff that target those areas. Thanks
