I have a bit of weight on my stomach which i can't seem to shift. I'm toned underneath, but there's a little bit of fat still there! I also would like to tone up my upper arms a *tiny* bit!
I don't do very strenuous work outs at the gym, but I go every day usually, for about half an hour. The problem is, my gym is quite small and doesn't have a variety of machines, so I mostly use the bikes etc. which are great for my legs, but leave my abdomen without a workout.
I have a pretty healthy diet - a lot of different vegetables, not too much red meat, rarely fry anything or get take away food.
I'm not trying to loose a dramatic amount of weight as i'm a healthy dress size 8/10, I just want to tone up (particularly my tummy!) and maybe my arms in time for a holiday in a month.
Am I doing enough at the gym? And what exercises would be best? I'm particularly interested in how many push ups I'd need to do in a day to start making an impact!
