What exercises should I do?

I am a 16 year old male and I'm. . .
- 226 pounds
- 5'8
- Not fit at all

My main goal is to get fit ,or more importantly, looking good. I have already started eating by Canada's food guide. The final thing I need is exercise plans. What I mean by this is what exercises should I do, how long and what intensity? Also, how much I should work out. I understand that I should vary from weight lifting to cardio workouts. The reason for me to get into shape is more of an emotional thing than a physical thing so please help me out. Also, be as detailed as possible. Thank you very much!
