I'm pretty healthy overall, 5'3" and 115 lbs and I go to the gym almost everyday and I look skinny I guess but I really want to get more toned and get rid of the flab around my body. I've lost almost thirty pounds over the past three years, but I really want to be in great shape and have a hot bod. My ideal weight would be 105 lbs. What kind of exercises should I do to accomplish this? Please don't bother posting anything about diet pills because I only want to get in shape the natural way. Thanks!
