What exercises should i do and tips for lunges?

Okay so i want to tone my lower body [hips, thighs, legs, butt] and do it in about a month or so, if that's possible. I heard that you're not meant to do lunges more than twice a week, is this true? Whenever i do lunges i do 15 repetitions on each leg, and always stretch before i start. What other exercises should i do? I don't want to build much muscle and look manly by the way, i just want to tone them down. Any tips etc? I eat about 3 fruits a day and 3 vegetables, and eat a bit of junk. Like possibly one breakfast bar, or a bit of icecream chocolate each day etc? Is that okay?

Also is 160cm height and 57kg weight average ? [female]
