I have a kinda-sorta flat stomach at the moment,im not fat i just need to tone.
Sometimes in the morning i have flat stomach but when i eat it gets bigger.
I do at least 15-100 crutches sometimes every night but if im really energetic i'll do about 300.
I also want to tone my arms(There huge and im self conscious of wearing tank tops but i love them.)
If possible i would also like to tone my legs,back and lower back.
I need a list of healthy foods i need to eat to achieve my goal and a list of exercises i should be doing besides crutches and how many.
If i need any information please tell me.

P.s i don't have a boflex or any of those machines so just standard exercises would be great.
