I pulled both my hamstrings from over stretching, and I layed of them for a week, but then for acrobatics we had yo do lunges, and I had no idea that this would aggravate my hamstrigs so badly. I can walk now, but I can really do squatting actions/ contracts the inner thigh without pain. So I'm giving up stretching for a while, but I don't want to become really unfit.
Here's some of the stuff I do sometimes

which one of these is okay for me to do wihtout really aggravating my hamstrings. And if possible, name some other exercises which are helpful for healing?
