i already do sit ups, lunges and squats, i also do this thing where you lie on your side and lift your top leg up far and down 20 times i dont know what its called.
i do 100 squats, bending the knees outwards, it hurts the back of my thighs after a while, how many calories do you think this burns??
and where you are on your hands and knees and lift your leg horizontally out behind you and back again 20 times
