I Have just started going to the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours and do cardio and weights, but im not sure if this will help tone my tummy as this is my main problem area. Is there anything i should be doing at the gym to get rid of my tummy? Is cardio enought to do this? I usually power walk on treadmill for 15 mins and run for 15 mins, then do half hour on crosstrainer, and 10 mins on rowing machine, then some arm weights.
