What exercise should i do?

I am 15 years old and weigh around 160 lbs. I am a bit chubby and could lift decent weights. My max bench is 135. I am going to sign up for a gym and want to know some workouts to get me bulky and big. Also, how long would it take to get me stronger and increase my benching.
Im going to workout 6 days a week for 2 hours since I have school. 1 hour of running and 1 hour of weight training. Maybe this should be different, any suggestions?
