I started to loose weight a few month ago and have lost a stone steadily. A still want to loose one more stone and healthy eating alone isn't working, so obviously the only other way is by exercising too. I was just wondering what exercises I should do to get fit and toned?
P.S I am a member of a gym so I have access to all equipment if that's what is needed.

Also can people not say 'eat less exercise more' or whatever because I know that! I need to know what exercise to do! Sorry if that sounds rude haha
