I used to run cross country, 5 to 6 miles each day. Then I moved, and now I don't know what to do for exercise anymore. I'm gaining weight and I'm trying to lose it!! I'm 16, 5'8'' and weigh about 125 when I used to weigh 120. I'm a model, so I need to stay healthy and THIN. No fat WHATSOEVER. I know how to eat, but I've been so focused on dieting all I want to do now is EAT EAT EAT. And I cheat all I can. How do I stop thinking about food? What can I do to exercise? Should I run around the unfamiliar area or what? I'm in such a rut and just want to be thin.
