...lose weight? I am by no means overweight, my doctor said I was average weight for my frame, he said I could do with a little more muscle mass though. I weigh 105 lbs and I actually have developed stretch marks on my thighs, and I have a bit of a belly on me. I would like to get a curvier body, I am not stick thin like Keira Knightey, I have a more curvy body than she does, but I'd like to get more curves. It's hard to believe I know, 105 lbs with some fat. I'd like to get rid of the belly fat and replace it with muscle and tone my legs and butt. My Mom is overweight, she weighs around 180, and she's 5'2", she is looking to get down to her healthy weight of 130.
I want an exercise that her and I can do together that's not to tough. I have classes until around 4 everyday, and she is back home from at about 5 everyday. I would like an exercise that is up to 30 minutes everyday to begin with.
Also what are some ways to get rid of all the junk food in our house, and replace it with good foods. It's just so expensive!
