What exercies should I do for 100m sprint preparation?

I'm 14 years old. I know some plyometric drills like high knees and heel kicks, squat jumps etc. I'm pretty fit (I got 12 something on the beep test so I think I can cover most training areas). What other exercises and drills can I do (specific ones please). Also, what parts of my body are important to work out for 100m sprint?
