Apparently he doesn't understand it. But you do. And since you're the one who does understand, ignore him completely. Be polite, but cold to him. Cold enough to make him realise that his **** don't impress you anymore.
If he doesn't get the picture with this, I would confront him. Tell him that you'd like him to stop that because it makes you feel uncomfortable and it's wrong. If he doesn't get that as well, as a final solution, talk to your husband and let him deal with him, he'll know how.
