Anyone know? I finally got my bike's spray painted frame scratched leaving a little bare metal spot showing and I know its going to eventually rust. Will the rust do anything like eventually cause my frame to crack? Its a steel frame. And to prevent that spot from rusting can I just put a sticker over it? I'm definitely not going to paint it (atleast not anytime soon) because I dont have time.
What exactly does bike rust do to a bike's frame?
