what exactly are "Senior bikes" ?

I saw a bike that said "senior bike" on it. Is it a bike for old people? No offense. Im asking because I also saw "junior", "men, and "women" bikes so im just wondering.

If it is especially for older people then what makes it different from a normal bike?
 
I don't think there is nay difference. Perhaps it's just a way of saying an older person is riding it. Or maybe it could be a 3 wheeler. I will look for answers here because now you have me curious. HA
