Most likely track of events would be that Johnny took the knife out of the cutlery drawer, and then he snuck up on Bob and let him have it..Bats! Bats!..(stab backwards.)..That would be the logical prelude to the stabbing of Johnny-whoever he is,..and whoever Bob is????...
